Hangar49
We talk about different airstrips to visit, the ups and downs of flying in the Pacific Northwest, and all the fun events you can find here! We also like to discuss aviation music, movies, books, and websites. Basically we are just a bunch of fun loving pilots that have a passion for aviation just like you!
Seattle for Lunch

Welcome to episode 5!

This time around Tony gives an update Nanaimo Airport and their landing fees. Al gives us an update on the Washington Airplane tax.

Al and I give a trip report on our flight to Seattle and back. Fish $ Chips never tasted better!

The website of the week is Places To Fly . Finally a website that allows us to look up Canadian Airports!

The Music of the week is Pink Floyd's Learning To Fly . I like the video in the link better than the original that was aired on MTV.

The Movie of the week is One Six Right . We love the history of the Van Nuys Airport. This is a movie worth watching!

We also got asked to provide material for Arlinton Fly-in Radio at the Arlington Fly-in this summer! So if you are lucky enough to attend the Arlington Fly-in you can be entertained (or bugged) by The cast of Hangar49! :)

Until next time, blue skies and tailwinds.
