Hangar49
We talk about different airstrips to visit, the ups and downs of flying in the Pacific Northwest, and all the fun events you can find here! We also like to discuss aviation music, movies, books, and websites. Basically we are just a bunch of fun loving pilots that have a passion for aviation just like you!
Why Walk When You Can Fly

Welcome to our latest episode of Hangar 49.  In this show we talk about Boeing, lost airliners, and the Reno air races.  We feature a special song from Mary Chapin Carpenter, and a great airplane picture book.

A year ago, Jim and Al visited the Smokejumper Museum in Missoula, Montana.  We discovered a cool movie titled, "Red Skies of Montana."  After a year long search, we found the flick, and it's our movie of the week.

One thing is missing from this show.............Jim.  Listen carefully as Al and Tony discuss the pros and cons of this concept.

Enjoy the show and keep those cards and letters coming!
